Cubs Announce Revamped Coaching Staff for 2025 Season

The Chicago Cubs have unveiled their revamped coaching staff for the 2025 season, featuring a mix of experienced veterans and exciting newcomers.

New Faces in the Bullpen and Staff

• Mark Strittmatter: Taking over as bullpen coach, Strittmatter brings a wealth of pitching knowledge. With a career spanning playing and coaching, including stints as a Rockies bullpen catcher and minor league catching coordinator, he offers valuable experience to the Cubs' pitching staff.
• A.J. Lewis: Joining the team as a staff assistant, Lewis brings a recent player's perspective. A former Rockies minor league catcher, he expressed interest in transitioning to a front office role after his playing career. This position could be a stepping stone for him.
