According to numerous sources, the MLB has canceled plans to play in Paris in 2025 due to the fact they can't find a promoter.
The Paris Games were part of the 2022 Labor Deal and were agreed upon by the MLBPA and the Owners. In 2019, MLB marked its debut in London as the New York Yankees clinched victories in two games against the Boston Red Sox at West Ham's Olympic Stadium. The anticipated two-game series featuring the St. Louis Cardinals and Chicago Cubs in 2020 was unfortunately canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the Cardinals and Cubs managed to split a two-game series in June of the same year. Looking ahead, the New York Mets and Philadelphia Phillies are set to play in London on June 8 and 9 of the coming year. Breaking new ground, MLB will also venture into Seoul, South Korea, with the Los Angeles Dodgers launching the season against the San Diego Padres on March 20 and 21. Furthermore, on April 27 and 28, the Houston Astros and Colorado Rockies are scheduled to engage in games hosted in Mexico City.
