Jon Heyman reported via Twitter that the Reds have signed Mike Ford to a Minor League deal.
The deal is for $1.3 if he makes the Major League Roster, with another $125K in incentives. This is Fords 6th year in the MLB, with previous stops with the Yankees, Giants, Mariners, Giants and Angels. He has a .211 batting average, 36 HR and 85 RBI.
